How we work together

Your goals. Our expertise.
Our monthly discussion.

Your adviser gets to know your business, prepares the financial analysis and meets with you each month to turn it into decisions and actions.

Working together

A regular discussion.
A plan you keep moving.

Start with what you want the business to achieve. Each month, bring the analysis back to the decisions and actions that support it.

  1. 01

    Start with your goals

Discuss your business with your adviser: where you want to grow, what is holding you back and which decisions are coming up. We agree the services, responsibilities, fees and monthly timetable.

  2. 02

    Bring the right information together

We agree the accounting basis and data sources. Connection availability is confirmed during setup; supported report uploads provide an alternative. Data checks identify gaps that need resolving before relying on the figures.

  3. 03

    Receive your financial analysis

Your accountant investigates performance, profitability and the questions behind your plans. Validated calculations and scenarios support the work; your business context shapes the interpretation. You receive a monthly report with findings, recommendations and the assumptions that matter.

  4. 04

Meet each month to work through the decisions

Discuss the analysis directly with the person who prepared it. Explore the options, challenge the assumptions and consider the profit, capacity and cash implications together.

  5. 05

    Agree actions and revisit progress

Leave with priorities, responsibilities and next steps. At the next monthly review, return to the decisions, check progress and adjust the plan as the business changes.

Technology supports the work.

Where enabled, accounting connections and scheduled imports reduce repeated data entry. We confirm software compatibility and connection availability during onboarding. Supported accounting exports provide another route.

Data checks and calculation tools help organise the investigation. Your adviser assesses the evidence, considers your plans and explains the recommendations. Your portal keeps the supporting information available between meetings.

Advice with personal accountability.

Your consultant reviews and approves every report before it is sent to you. If anything changes afterwards, it is approved again.

Figures can appear in your portal before that review is finished. They are not advice until your consultant has approved the report, and assumptions, possible explanations and scenarios are always labelled.

Regular advice. A personal relationship.
