Privacy notice

This notice explains how Inari Finance uses personal information when you visit this website or email us. We keep it to what we need. This website has no advertising, analytics or tracking tools, nothing you type on it is sent to us, we do not sell information, and we do not add the people who contact us to a mailing list.

Who we are

Inari Financial Services Limited, trading as Inari Finance, is responsible for your information (the “controller”). We are registered in England and Wales, company number 15774646. Our registered office is A M C House, 12 Cumberland Avenue, London, England, NW10 7QL.

This notice covers this website and emails from people considering our services. If we start working together, we will give you a separate privacy notice for client information.

What we collect, why, and our legal basis

You do not have to give us any information, but we cannot reply to you without an email address. Please keep your first email general: do not send financial files, bank details or confidential client information.

The enquiry draft on our contact page stays in your browser. The website does not send or store it; it reaches us only if you send it from your own email app.

The website does not use cookies. See our cookie statement. We do not make decisions about you by automated means or profile you from your enquiry.

Who we share it with, and where it goes

Two providers help us run the website and our email. They act on our instructions and may only use the information for that purpose.

  • Vercel hosts the website and keeps the server records.
  • Google Workspace provides our email, where any emails you send us are kept.

We may also share information with our professional advisers or insurers, or with the authorities, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

These providers are based in, or may process information in, countries outside the UK, including the United States. We use them only where a lawful safeguard applies, such as the UK addendum to the standard contractual clauses or the UK–US data bridge, so your information keeps equivalent protection. You can ask us for details.

How long we keep it

  • Emails and any correspondence are kept in our mailbox for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If we start working together, the client privacy notice applies instead.
  • Server records are kept by our hosting provider for the periods it sets. We do not keep our own copies.

If the law requires us to keep something longer, for example to deal with a legal claim, we keep only what is needed for as long as it is needed.

Your rights and complaints

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict how we use it. You can also object to our use of it, including where we rely on legitimate interests. Some of these rights have conditions, and we will explain if we cannot do what you ask.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

We will update this notice if what we do changes, and show the date at the top.
